Fifteen area residents charged in huge drug trafficking bust
VENANGO COUNTY – Fifteen people from the area have been arrested in connection with a massive drug trafficking ring. Investigators say the ring was responsible for bringing at least 700-thousadn dollars worth of marijuana and 100-thousand dollars worth of cocaine into Venango County from California.
Former Venango County residents, Dean and Graydon Graham, who are now living in California, are accused by the Pennsaylvania Attorney General’s investigators of organizing the drug ring and bringing the drugs in through the US Postal Service.
Agents believe that at least one kilo of cocaine and hundreds of pounds of marijuana made their way across the country.
In addition to the Dean and Graydon Graham, several others from California and fifteen northwest Pennsylvania residents are facing a litany of drug charges.
Local residents charged are Matthew Graham, David Reed, Matthew Nulph, Kyle Nulph, Kyle Conn, Michael Prahl, and Timothy Seeley, of Franklin, Hillary Sanford, James Murray, and Caleb Boocks, of Oil City, Stephen Graham, of Titusville, Joshua Young, of Cooperstown, Brad Bell, of Hermitage, and Michael and Evan Grinnell, of Greenville.
The case will be prosecuted in Venango County by District Attorney Shawn White.
