Polk man killed in four-wheeler accident

A Polk man is killed in a Venango County four-wheeler crash.  According to Franklin-based State Police, 34-year-old Todd Howard was southbound on Beagle Club Road in Canal Township, when he lost control and hit a tree.  Police say Howard lost control because he was going too fast.  The crash occurred on Sunday shortly before 5pm.
