Titusville woman pleads guilty to murder
A Titusville woman accused of murder last August pleads guilty to the crime. Twenty-six-year-old Melanie Ray faces a second-degree murder charge in the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Andre Dupuis, which authorities say Ray and her boyfriend Chandler Clark carried out near Philadelphia.
Clark earlier pleaded guilty to charges of murder and robbery of a motor vehicle.
Ray apparently planned the murder, and Clark pulled the trigger.
Ray is in the Chester County Prison, but sources say she will soon be relocated to a state women’s prison. She faces life in prison without parole.
