Oil City hit-and-run crash

An Oil City woman is involved in a Hit and Run crash.  The accident happened at a quarter to two Monday afternoon at the corner of Route 257 and East State Road in Cranberry Township.  Police say Elissa Myers ran a red light on 257 while a second vehicle was attempting to make a left turn, resulting in a collision that damaged the left rear wheel of her Pontiac G6 and necessitated towing of the vehicle.  The second car didn’t stop to exchange information.  Police say Myers had a ten-year-old and a six-year-old in the back seat.
