Tanker truck crash in Venango County

A New Castle area man is hospitalized after a diesel tanker truck crash in Oil Creek Township, Venango County Saturday morning.  Fifty-five-year-old Ronald Forkey, of Edinburg, was traveling south on Route 27 near Merrick Street when he lost control and went off the road.  Forkey struck a ditch and a driveway culvert.  Despite the truck carrying 75-hundred gallons of fuel, authorities say none leaked from the truck or trailer.  Forkey was taken to Titusville hospital for treatment of minor injuries… his condition was unavailable this morning.
