Beaver County man charged

Authorities have filed a list of charges against a Beaver County man accused of taking sexually oriented photographs of a sleeping nine year old girl. The charges against 37 year old Steven Fleming of Monaca include corruption of a minor, indecent assault and photographing a child for sexual purposes. He was placed in the Beaver County Jail after failing to post 50-thousand dollars bond.
