Waterford man charged with child porn

A Waterford man is arrested on child porn charges.  Police arrested 20-year-old Joshua Falk, accused of having child pornography between August 2009 and August 2011.  Falk could face fines up to 250-thousand dollars and up to a 10-year prison sentence.
